Citizen has given its VIRT W700 Bluetooth watch a face lift. The earlier version of the Bluetooth watch reminded me of a new state-of-the-art device that would replace the electric chair.The new version has a milder style, but to me it looks like a new invention for a pulse monitor, or maybe a timepiece made for the younger generation. Instead of the stark black, mechanical stiffness the old version reflected, this new version is daubed in a milder black. But, the soft colors (available in blue, pink or white) around the frame of the display break up the dark dreariness.
